Crafted by the renowned Buffalo Trace Distillery, this exclusive collection features a limited edition of three exceptional spirits, each adorned with distinct Burgundy, Red, and Green Tax Stamps. Savor the rich complexity of spice and tobacco notes in these masterfully crafted bourbons.

Included in the Collection: E.H. Taylor Single Barrel Bourbon, Straight Rye & Barrel Proof Bundle.

E.H. Taylor Single Barrel Bourbon: This exquisite bourbon, made from Mash Bill #1, shares its lineage with celebrated blends like Eagle Rare and George T. Stagg. With a sour mash of corn, rye, and malted barley, it boasts a lower rye content than Mash Bill #2. Delight in the rich notes of lightly toasted oak and dried figs, complemented by sweet butterscotch on the palate. The warm finish reveals subtle hints of tobacco and dark spices.

E.H. Taylor Straight Rye Bourbon: Also crafted from Mash Bill #1, this bourbon offers a smooth and luxurious experience. Prominent notes of rye and malted barley blend seamlessly with bright hints of sweet dried fruit. The strong finish features bold flavors of black pepper, a touch of fresh dill, and delicate caramel overtones, all culminating in an oaky finish.

E.H. Taylor Barrel Proof Bourbon: This smooth and luscious bourbon, crafted from Mash Bill #1, presents sweet notes of caramelized berries, rich caramel, and a slightly floral aroma. On the palate, it delivers bold and spicy flavors with layered vanilla, dried oak, and pepper. The warm finish is accented with hints of fruit and rye, embodying the essence of barrel proof EH Taylor.

History: Originating from the visionary mind of E.H. Taylor, this bundle is a testament to his innovative spirit. In 1869, Taylor acquired a distillery in Frankfurt, Kentucky, later named The Old Fire Copper Distillery. He revolutionized the industry by introducing copper fermentation tanks, advanced grain grinding equipment, and unique columnar stills. Taylor's pioneering techniques included aging whiskey in climate-controlled warehouses, setting a new standard amid a time when other distillers used additives to enhance flavor and color. His partnership with Treasury Secretary John G. Carlisle led to the Bottled-In-Bond Act of 1897, ensuring that bonded spirits were produced by one distiller, at one distillery, during one distillation season, under strict government supervision.
