Eagle Rare 10 Year Bourbon is an iconic bourbon that was crafted by Master Distiller Charles L. Beam in 1975. It is still produced at the award-winning Buffalo Trace Distillery. This bourbon was crafted from Mash Bill #1, like other great blends such as E.H. Taylor, Buffalo Trace, and George T. Stagg. It is a sour mash of corn, rye, and malted barley, which has a lower content of rye, than mash bill #2. This historical bourbon is rich and complex, with mellow undertones of toffee on the nose. On the palate, you'll indulge with slight hints of citrus from orange peels, layered with notes of candied almonds and rich cocoa. The finish is light and dry with herbaceous notes and lingering hints of sweet fruits honey, leather, and oak.

History
Eagle Rare 10 Year Bourbon is a masterpiece that was first crafted at Buffalo Trace Distillery in Frankfurt, Kentucky in 1975. During this time whisky sales were at an all-time low so Master distiller Charles Beam took the opportunity to put out more aged and pricier products. Initially, it was bottled at 101 proof as a means of reintroducing bourbon as a luxury spirit and as an homage and direct competitor to Wild Turkey. In 1989 The Sazerac Company purchased several brands including Eagle Rare and in 1992 they acquired Buffalo Trace Distillery. In 2005 the brand discontinued the 101 version in favor of the 90-proof version we know today. In 2012, after the brand had a series of updates to the facility they removed the ten-year aged statement from the name, and the single barrel proof signifier was removed from the bottle entirely. The new bottling system allowed them to become more efficient and blend the unique flavors of individual barrels into one bottle. Eagle Rare whiskey is carefully aged for no less than ten years making it a smooth and tasty whiskey. Eagle rare has been a proud recipient of so many awards throughout the years, that they are proud to present The Eagle Rare life program which was started in 2011, the program has been successful for over Ten years. It consists of a program where community members are nominated every year with touching stories of their work in the community. After the winner is chosen they are proudly recognized and receive the coveted "Reach higher Eagle Rare Life Award" and the charity of their choice receives a $50,000 donation.

Even though the whiskey glass's traditional style is a cut crystal Old Fashioned whiskey tumbler, it does not hold and focus the aromas as much for the experience of the drinker as the other styles, which curve inward towards the top of the glass. While not all drinkers may find the strong aroma produced by such glasses desirable, inward-curved glasses are often preferred by connoisseurs who consider the aroma especially important to the experience of a whiskey.

JM's are handmade with prime Dominican Cuban-seed long filler tobaccos. These Cigars are hand rolled from well-aged Cuban seed tobacco leaves which are grown in the rich soils of the Dominican Republic and then wrapped carefully in a dark and oily Connecticut Broadleaf Maduro wrapper to create a bold, and hearty cigar.
