Sazerac Rye 18 Year Old Bourbon is a highly sought out bourbon produced with tradition in mind. It is produced at the award winning Buffalo Trace Distillery, like other great blends such as E.H. Taylor, William Larue, Blanton's, Elmer T. Lee, Buffalo Trace, and George T. Stagg. It is smooth and elegant with vibrant notes of peppermint and menthol mingled with classic rye spice. The palate then brings semisweet Baker's chocolate to the table, along with tannic oak, pine needles, cinnamon and cloves. The finish is fairly quick, with cedar, black pepper and vanilla, with a closing of peppermint.

Thomas H. Handy Bourbon is a highly sought out bourbon which is part of the coveted "Antique Collection Series" produced at the award winning Buffalo Trace Distillery. It is named after Master Distiller and innovative bartender Thomas H. Handy. who had a remarkable reputation for making a great cocktail. This rare blend is rich and smooth with notes of dominant notes of spearmint, and a hint of floral notes. On the palate you'll notice creamy hints of butterscotch and vanilla. The finish is long with lingering hints of baking spices, chocolate, and a hint of cedar.

William Larue Weller Bourbon is an exclusive bourbon produced at the infamous Buffalo Trace Distillery. This highly coveted bourbon is part of the "Antique Collection Series" which features some of the most sought out bourbons in the industry. It is crafted from Mash Bill #2, like other great blends from the distillery such as Pappy Van Winkle, Blanton's, William Larue, and Elmer T. Lee. It is a sour mash of corn, malted barely, and extra rye. This bourbon is soft and complex with bursts of sweet caramel corn, layered with notes of new leather, and plums. The palate is light with soft hints of toffee and pipe tobacco. The finish tastes of marshmallow, salted almonds, nougat, figs and dates. 

Eagle Rare 17 Year old Bourbon is a Seventeen year old bourbon which was crafted by Master Distiller Charles L. Beam in 1975. It is still produced at the award winning Buffalo Trace Distillery. This bourbon was crafted from Mash Bill #1, like other great blends such as E. H. Taylor, Buffalo Trace, and George T. Stagg. It is a sour mash of corn, rye, and malted barely, which has a lower content of rye, then mash bill #2. This flavorful bourbon has aromas of bright cherries on the nose with faint hints of oak. The palate is sweet and buttery with notes of vanilla cream ,layered with tones of tasty caramel and roasted espresso beans . The finish is herbaceous with undertones oak, and pepper.

George T. Stagg Bourbon is part of an exclusive series known as the "Antique Collection" which consists of rare bourbons. This unique spirit is named after Master Distiller George T. Stagg, and is produced at the award winning Buffalo Trace Distillery. It is produced from Mash Bill #1, like other great blends such as Eagle Rare, E.H. Taylor, and Elmer T. Lee. It is a sour mash of corn, rye, and malted barley, which has a lower content of rye, then mash bill #2. This bourbon is smooth and earthy with prominent notes of charred oak, mingled with sweet vanilla, and slight hints of dried fruit. The finish is long and lingering with warm notes of cinnamon layered with oak. s luscious and sweet with dark chocolate, hints of vanilla, fudge, nougat and molasses. Underlying notes of dates, tobacco, dark berries, spearmint and a hint of coffee round out the palate.

These bourbons are named after some of the greatest Master Distillers in Bourbon History and are all crafted with a bit of tradition and history in mind. The Buffalo Trace Distillery is one of the oldest continuously operating distilleries in America. It was founded in 1775 and has had several names since then including the George T. Stagg Distillery and the Old Fashioned Copper Distillery. Previously owned by the Sazerac company, but now known as The infamous Buffalo Trace Distillery. It is the most award-winning distillery in America and has won several awards, including not one, but seven "Distillery of the Year" recognitions. Buffalo Trace Distillery is still American family-owned and located in Franklin County, Kentucky, with over 130 acres and is home to four centuries of architecture all still operational. This once use to be the home for the world's most exclusive Master Distillers such as Albert B. Blanton, E.H. Taylor, Elmer T. Lee, George T. Stagg, and Orville Schupp. This exquisite bourbon is made with Mash Bill #1 which is produced from the finest corn, rye, and malted barley, and then aged in new oak barrels until the peak of maturity.
