Sazerac Rye 18 Year Old Bourbon is a highly sought-after bourbon produced with tradition in mind. It is crafted at the award-winning Buffalo Trace Distillery, like other great blends such as E.H. Taylor, William Larue, Blanton, Elmer T. Lee, Buffalo Trace, and George T. Stagg. This blend is silky and smooth with earthy notes wood, and rye. Mingled with sweet figs, and caramelized plums. The finish has faint hints of cinnamon and nutmeg. 

Thomas H. Handy Bourbon is a highly sought-after bourbon that is part of the coveted "Antique Collection Series", produced at the award-winning Buffalo Trace Distillery. It is named after Master Distiller and innovative bartender Thomas H. Handy. who had a remarkable reputation for making a great cocktail? This rare blend is rich and smooth with prominent notes of anise, mingled with charred rye. On the palate, you'll notice bold notes of torched oak, and undertones of tobacco, and cinnamon. The finish is smooth with slight hints of spearmint and chocolate. 

William Larue Weller Bourbon is an exclusive bourbon produced at the infamous Buffalo Trace Distillery. This highly coveted bourbon is part of the "Antique Collection Series" which features some of the most sought-after bourbons in the industry. It is crafted from Mash Bill #2, like other great blends from the distillery such as Pappy Van Winkle, Blanton's, William Larue, and Elmer T. Lee. It is a sour mash of corn, malted barley, and extra rye. This bourbon is rich and complex with bright aromas of “Crème Brulee” mingled with bursts of cherries and toasted graham crackers on the palate. The finish is long, with distinctive notes of coca cola, herbs, and oak.

Eagle Rare 17 Year old Bourbon is a Seventeen-year-old bourbon that was crafted by Master Distiller Charles L. Beam in 1975. It is still produced at the award-winning Buffalo Trace Distillery. This bourbon was crafted from Mash Bill #1, like other great blends such as E. H. Taylor, Buffalo Trace, and George T. Stagg. It is a sour mash of corn, rye, and malted barley, which has a lower content of rye, than mash bill #2. This bold bourbon is earthy and herbaceous with prominent aromas of caramelized cherries. The palate is sweet with bright notes of cherries, mingled with vanilla. The finish is creamy and buttery with faint hints of caramel and toffee.

These bourbons are named after some of the greatest Master Distillers in Bourbon History and are all crafted with a bit of tradition and history in mind. The Buffalo Trace Distillery is one of the oldest continuously operating distilleries in America. It was founded in 1775 and has had several names since then including the George T. Stagg Distillery and the Old Fashioned Copper Distillery. Previously owned by the Sazerac company, but now known as The infamous Buffalo Trace Distillery. It is the most award-winning distillery in America and has won several awards, including not one, but seven "Distillery of the Year" recognitions. Buffalo Trace Distillery is still American family-owned and located in Franklin County, Kentucky, with over 130 acres and is home to four centuries of architecture all still operational. This once use to be the home for the world's most exclusive Master Distillers such as Albert B. Blanton, E.H. Taylor, Elmer T. Lee, George T. Stagg, and Orville Schupp. This exquisite bourbon is made with Mash Bill #1 which is produced from the finest corn, rye, and malted barley, and then aged in new oak barrels until the peak of maturity.
